Mindshaker - Digital Creativity for Culture & Business
Founded in 2007 by João Paulo Almeida and Luís Correia, Mindshaker is a digital agency with extensive experience in the areas of web/mobile programming, digital strategy, creativity, web design and consultancy. The team has 13 professionals and develops national and international projects in different sectors of activity.
Since 2022, the agency has been part of Plus Company ecosystem, a group made up of more than 26 agencies and 3,000 employees, with 31 offices in 17 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and North America.
We work for and with clients, whether they are agencies or brands, bringing together skills and greatly accelerating the pace of implementation. Mindshaker's philosophy allows us to see work as a collaborative process that can and should be continuously improved.

João Almeida
Quick reaction, able to notice the smallest detail and, above all, he manages to see the best in each one, leading us to give our best. He began his professional career as a consultant/developer in the banking sector. He moved to the digital area where he developed digital project management and new business skills until the creation of Mindshaker.
Luís Correia
Extremely organized, methodical and conciliatory. With maximum focus on each project, he is always ready to help, both professionally and personally. He began his career in 1996, working at several technology companies where he perfected his programming and development skills. This acquired knowledge formed the basis for the co-founding of Mindshaker.
Miguel Oliveira
Restless and provocative, Miguel is a professional who pays attention to detail. Always available to give the extra mile, for the team and for the client. He began his professional career as a Functional Analyst at a Financial Software House, was Consultant & Project Manager at Teknoland, New Media Director at Proximity Portugal (BBDO), Head of Business Development at ClubeFashion.com and CEO at BrandsBreeze.com.
Sofia Domingues
Always with a smile on her lips and a contagious good mood, Sofia supports the entire team and tries to streamline the processes. She has been working in communication and brand strategy since 2008, going through clipping companies, media consulting, communication and advertising, until arriving at Mindshaker in 2021, where Sofia assumed client management responsibilities and project monitoring functions.
Vasco Nuno Martins
With a unique sense of humor and an insightful response on the tip of the tongue, Vasco combines creativity with functionality. In 1999, he began his professional experience in an advertising agency, passing through several publications such as National Geographic Portugal, as Art Director. At Mindshaker since 2018, he’s responsible for the web design and development of the clients' graphic identity.
David Soares
What he does, he does it well! He’s an astute and curious professional who enjoys very much what he does . He is the first to roll up his sleeves and give his best to the customer. He's always available to lend a hand to colleagues. He started working in 2011, with a professional internship at Mindshaker where he’s currently Senior Developer.
Miguel Neves
Low profile, high commitment! Miguel is a hands-on professional, he assimilates challenges and, when the time comes, he solves any problem. He started working in 2018 with a professional internship at Mindshaker, and since then he has remained in the team, accumulating several responsibilities, such as Senior Developer.
José Novais
Consistency is his middle name, methodical and consistent he is in the right place at the right time to help the team. Since 2008 he’s a Senior Software Engineer at Mindshaker working mainly as a backend programmer on projects related to payment systems (ATM, MBWay and others).
Carlos Mendes
Carlos is our Benjamin! His good mood, willingness to learn and ease in taking on any project, even unknown, makes him an asset. He started his professional activity in 2021 with an internship at Mindshaker, remaining on the company's staff after the internship.
Márcio Sousa
Márcio is studious by nature, and is incapable of coming up with answers without having done his homework first.He started his professional activity in 2022 with a professional internship at Mindshaker. After the internship, he joined the company, and since then, he has remained in the team, accumulating several development skills. Now he holds the position of Developer.
Rodrigo Serafim
Focus is his middle name and the desire to learn is his attitude, this is noticeable in the gym and in front of the keyboard. Rodrigo Serafim began his professional activity when he joined Mindshaker in 2022, as an intern, staying at the company at the end of his internship. In 2022 he completed the Computer Systems Management and Programming course.
Rodrigo Duarte
Always available to lend a helping hand, Rodrigo can be agile enough to work in a team, especially with his good humor.Rodrigo Duarte began his professional activity in 2022, when he joined Mindshaker as an intern, remaining at the company after the internship ended. In 2022 he completed the Computer Systems Management and Programming course.
Francisco Cordeiro
His positive, enthusiastic and constructive attitude makes Francisco a true team player. Francisco arrived at Mindshaker as an intern in 2023, having stood out, and therefore joined the team in the same year, starting his professional activity. In 2023 he completed the computer systems management and programming course.
